Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to addresses within Australia using Australia Post.
How much does shipping cost?
Our published shipping rate is $9.95 per order, with free shipping on orders of $80 or more, calculated before discounts or coupons. See our shipping policy for the current details.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within two business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and Queensland public holidays can affect processing times.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, our published estimates are two to five business days for metro areas and four to eight business days for regional areas. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and peak periods can take longer.
How can I track my order?
We email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use that number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
