Jojoba Oil

Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis) is technically not an oil at all — it's a liquid wax pressed from the seeds of the jojoba shrub, making it chemically unique among carrier oils. This distinction gives jojoba extraordinary properties: it's remarkably stable, resists rancidity, and most importantly, it very closely mimics the skin's own sebum.
